Processing Times

• Custom-sized orders may require additional preparation time
• During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Sorielle is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, customs delays, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
