Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.

This includes:

  • Custom-sized bracelets, anklets, and necklaces
  • Personalized or modified pieces
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Important Custom Sizing Policy

Once a chain has been cut to your selected custom size, the item is non-refundable and non-returnable.

Each bracelet is individually measured and cut specifically for your order. Because of this customization process, we cannot restock or resell the item once it has been sized.

We strongly recommend measuring carefully before placing your order. Please refer to our sizing guide for assistance.

If you need help selecting a size before ordering, contact us and we’ll gladly help.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review the issue and work to make it right.


Jewelry Care

To help preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry:

  • Avoid harsh chemicals and cleaners
  • Remove before swimming in chlorine or saltwater
  • Store in a dry place when not in use
  • Avoid excessive pulling or snagging on delicate chains

Our pieces are designed for everyday wear, but proper care will help extend their lifespan and shine.
